The system calculates automatically the cost of the shipment based on the weight of the basket.
The cheaper option is default selected in the case there are more forwarder serving the client's Country; in any case the client can select the preferred one.

The return request must be filled by the customer within his account in the order section. The process is automatic.

The items can be returned, within 14 days from the date of the delivery. This applies only to private customers (end users) of the European Community + CH and NO, and not to the Companies which are not entitled to return the items.
We will gladly replace, exchange, or credit the items. Shipping charges are in any case non-refundable. The return fees are always paid by the customer. We do ask that the item be returned in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork. No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition or with opened blister or opened packages which were originally sealed. Special order items or cut items are also non-returnable. The client is responsible for the return shipping and for the lost or the damages which should arise for an inadequate packaging or every other reasons. We suggest to insure high value shipments.
The clients returning goods from CH and NO have to take care to correctly fill the AWB and customs declaration at the origin Post Office, because we cannot receive goods charged from VAT or every kind of customs fees. In such a case the shipping can't be accepted and will be automatically returned. We are not responsible for any extra charges to the client for receiving the goods back.
